Framed Chapel

Inspiration

Here's another creation using this month's new release from Heartfelt Creations - the Floral Cross Collection. This is a simple image colored with COPIC markers, then matted with layers created with Nestabilities dies.

Instructions

IMAGE

Cut a piece of white cardstock measuring 8" x 8", and stamp the chapel image in the middle of the panel with black ink. Color with COPIC markers. I used these colors:

• Sky: B91
• Roof/Door: E70, E71
• Walls: E74, E77
• Windows: Y15
• Grass: YG91, YG93
• Bushes: YG95
• Pine Tree: YG97, YG99, E39
• Path: E30, E31, W6

MATS

Cut 2 pieces of light green card stock measuring 8" x 8", and 2 pieces of dark green card stock measuring 8" x 8". Use the Grand Square Nestabilities to cut the outer 3 layers. Use the Scalloped Square Nestabilities to cut the inner mat layer. Mount each layer onto the image using foam tape to give the mats some dimension. Fit the matted image into the frame and close.
