Inspiration
Here's a Christmas ornament that is really easy to make! It's a quick stamp, color, glitter project that creates a really pretty little trim for the tree.
Ingredients
Paper
Clear cardstock |
Inks
Black pigment ink (Colorbox) |
Stamps
HCPC 3423: Scenic Christmas Bells PreCut Set (Heartfelt Creations) |
Accessories
Shell Microfine Glitter |
Sticky Tape Sheets |
Clear embossing powder |
Heat gun |
Sharpie pens |
Frosted Lace Stickles (Ranger) |
Scissors |
1/8" circle punch (Fiskars) |
Embroidery floss |
Instructions
Stamp the bell image on clear cardstock in black pigment ink, and heat emboss with clear embossing powder.
Turn the image over, and color the image on the BACK of the image using Sharpie pens.
Adhere the image to the sticky tape sheet, and cut it out with scissors, leaving a tab at the top of the bell. Peel off the back of the tape sheet, and cover the adhesive with microfine glitter.
Turn the ornament back over, and use Stickles to add sparkle to the sky.
Finish by punching a small hole in the tab at the top of the bell, and thread some embroidery floss through for hanging.
Thanks for stopping by!
