Hark the Herald Angels Sing

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The new Heartfelt Creations' Christmas Cheer Collection has got me singing carols in September, and we still had 100-degree+ days this week in Texas! This card features the Elegant Angels set, plus a set from last year's Christmas release. They all coordinate so nicely!

COPIC markers (Imagination International)
SPICA pens (Imagination International)
Rotary trimmer

Cut green cardstock to 4 1/2" x 12" and score at 6". Adhere a gold layer measuring 4 3/8" x 5 7/8" to the front of the card. Add a red layer measuring 3 7/8" x 5 3/8", and a white layer measuring 3 3/4" x 5 1/4".

Stamp the greeting in the lower left corner using Versamark ink, and emboss with gold powder.

Stamp the holly swirl in the upper left corner, and the angel on the right of the card in black ink. Color with COPIC markers. I used these colors: Berries: R37, R39, Leaves: G94, G99, Face: E000, R000, Hair: Y06, Gown: B0000. Color the harp with the gold pen, and embellish with the SPICA glitter pens (olive and lipstick).

Final Note

As you're reading this, I'm at the Creating Keepsakes Convention in San Marcos, Texas, working in the HC booth! If you're in the area, be sure to stop by and say hello. And don't forget to leave a comment on the Heartfelt Creations blog by September 20 for a chance to win the entire Christmas Cheer release!

Thanks for stopping by!
