Inspiration
One of the really nice features of the Heartfelt Creations' stamps is the coordinating dies made by Spellbinders. With the new Christmas Cheer Collection, there is a set of dies, called the Christmas Cheer dies that let you stamp an image from some of the stamp sets, and cut them out using a die instead of having to pull out the old scissors. Be sure to watch Matching Stamps & Dies video to see exactly how to get the most out of your HC stamps and dies.
My card today uses the angel die from the set, and this coordinates with the

Instructions
Base Card
Start with a piece of textured blue card stock measuring 4 1/4" x 11", score it at 5 1/2", and fold. Round the corners at the bottom of the card with the corner rounder punch. Stamp the Herald Angels background image in dark blue ink over the entire card front. Mount the wide grosgrain ribbon across the card, and the holiday ribbon on top of the wide ribbon.
Angel
Cut/emboss a scalloped oval from white cardstock, and a plain oval from blue cardstock. Stamp the angel in light blue ink on white card stock and cut it out using the matching Christmas Cheer die. Enhance the image with SPICA pens - I used gold and clear. Using foam tape, mount the scalloped oval in the left corner, and top it with the plain oval, and the angel.
