Inspiration

Here's another project using the new Heartfelt Creations' Christmas Cheer Collection from Heartfelt Creations - it has so many beautiful images, it's hard to know where to start. There are 14 new sets of beautiful Christmas-themed stamps, and a new exclusive Heartfelt Creations die, manufactured by Spellbinders.

This card is a simple one - this one uses the Snowy Winter Background stamp as the main image. I thought it was just too pretty to put it in background, at least at first!

Instructions

IMAGE

Stamp the image in blue ink on the metallic paper. Set it aside and let it dry - on this paper, it seems to take a little while for it to dry. Once dry, highlight the snowflakes with the Stickles - it appears blue, even though it's clear!

ASSEMBLY

Cut blue card stock to 7" x 10", score at 5", and fold. Use the deckle blade to cut the patterned paper to 4 7/8" x 6 7/8". Wrap ribbon around the patterned paper 3 times, keeping the ribbon spaced apart at the bottom of the mat. Tie a bow around the three ribbons at the top of the mat. Mount the mat to the card front with the bow at the top. Add the image using foam tape over the ribbon just below the bow.
